Three most commonly used methods of nut surface treatment2018-04-27下載文件:暫時沒有下載文件
?The quality judgment of the nut surface treatment is mainly to check whether the corrosion resistance of the nut is effectively increased, and whether the increase is in line with the expected requirements. After surface treatment, the nut can show a more beautiful appearance, and the corrosion resistance of the nut itself will also be improved. The main purpose is to make the nut itself corrosion-resistant to increase the reliability and adaptability of the nut.
Electroplating, hot dip galvanizing and mechanical plating are the most common methods for the surface of nuts.
1, the electroplating of nuts
The electroplating of the nut refers to immersing the part of the nut that needs to be electroplated into a specific water solution. In the solution, some deposited metal compounds are contained in the aqueous solution, so that the metal substance in the solution is precipitated and attached to the submerged part of the nut after the solution is passed through the aqueous solution. The plating of nuts usually includes zinc, copper, nickel, chromium, copper nickel alloy and so on.
2, hot dip galvanizing of nuts
The hot dip galvanizing of the nut is to immerse the nut of carbon steel into the bath of the molten zinc of about 510 degrees C, so that the iron and zinc alloy on the surface of the nut will change to passivate zinc, thus obtaining the effect of surface treatment.
3, the mechanical plating of nuts
The mechanical plating of nuts refers to the impact of the surface of the nut by coating metal powder through specific physical and chemical means, so that the coated metal forms a coating on the surface of the nut in the form of cold welding to achieve the effect of surface treatment. The mechanical plating of nuts is mainly applied to spare parts such as screws, nuts and gaskets.
